Terms And Conditions
- We mention your day-wise Travel Itinerary in your personal Cover Letter.
- The cost for the age group between 0 to 10 years is Rs 1799 for entire visa file. ( Not applicable for single product purchase)
- The cost for the age group above 10 years is Rs 3499
- Travel Insurance will cover 15 days, above 15 days extra cost will be applicable according to the Insurance company.
- Extra cost will be applicable for Travel Insurance for age groups above 45 years, according to the company.
- We are solemnly responsible for delivering documents to you as per VFS/Embassy requirements.
- VFS (Some Countries) are now taking charge of approximately ( INR 2000 | USD $27 ) to book an appointment that will be payable by You. (Charges may be changed by respective Countries and their Embassy at anytime without further Notice).
- NOTE: Visa(embassy charges) fees are not included. The client has to Pay at VFSor particular embassy.
Refund Policy
- After order placement and payment, if you feel you no longer require our services, you may request a cancellation and full refund — BEFORE your order has been delivered. If a reservation document has already been delivered to the provided email address, no refund will be issued.
Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail, you do not receive a delivery email from us. Depending on the price of the services, Travel Hour may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service describing the missing item - Download issues: You have problems that prevent you from downloading the pdf or reservation ticket. Travel Hour recommends that you contact the support team for your browser provider, Travel Hour ensures that our software can be downloaded with all major browsers, and this problem usually arises from a customer’s issue with either their browser, firewall, or network.
- Irreparable defects with the software: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for its approval of your refund request
- If it has been over 30 days since the service was delivered by us then the refund request is NOT applicable.
- Is the reason for visa denial due to our documents or services provided? If No, then the refund request is NOT applicable.

- By agreeing to the terms, you are confirming that you don’t have any Pre-Existing Conditions. “Pre-Existing Condition” means any injury, illness, sickness, disease, or other physical, medical, mental, or nervous disorder, condition, or ailment that, with reasonable medical certainty, existed at the time of application or at any time during the 36 months prior to the Effective Date of this insurance, whether or not previously manifested, symptomatic or known, diagnosed, treated, or disclosed to the Company prior to the Effective Date, and including any and all subsequent, chronic or recurring complications or consequences related thereto or resulting or arising therefrom.
- This specifically includes, but is not limited to any medical condition, sickness, injury, illness, disease, mental illness, or mental nervous disorder, for which medical advice, diagnosis, care, or treatment was recommended or received or for which a reasonably prudent person would have sought treatment during the 36-month period immediately preceding the Effective Date of Coverage under this Certificate. A Pre-Existing Condition which is a chronic or congenital condition or that gradually becomes worse over time and/or known, scheduled, required, or expected medical care, drugs, or treatments existing or necessary prior to the Effective Date are not considered to be an Acute Onset.
- TRAVEL HOUR Services is not responsible for any medical claims on damages, accidents, or deaths during travel. It is the Customer’s or User’s responsibility to validate information present in the documents we provide or request more insurance policy documents.
- All insurance-related questions, claims, concerns, or issues should be directly dealt with by the insurance provider or the agent provided in the visa letter. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.
- We make our best efforts to make reservations based on your request; however, using reservations provided on the website for visa purposes is at your (Customer or user) own risk, and we are not responsible for visa rejections or insurance claims. We have absolutely no bearing over granting/denial of the visas by consulates.

- Flight Reservation: Our Flight Reservation service is typically valid for 7 days to 2 weeks. However, airlines may release a Flight Reservation at any time without prior notice to the customer or travel agency. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact validation date for our customers. It’s important to note that there is no specific end date for a Flight Reservation ticket, and no service provider should guarantee its validity. The validity depends on airline policies.
- When you made your reservation online, you agreed to our terms and conditions. Please remember that this is a reservation, not a final purchased ticket. Changes in Your Itinerary

- We offer refunds for flights and hotels if your visa application is denied based on our itineraries and within the scope of our services.
